Regulatory Compliance Sub-Committee

In February 2000, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) published three reports relating to the works of its Nuclear Installation Inspectorate (NII) on the regulation of the BNFL Sellafield site. The publication of the reports led to major changes in the management of the company. The NII provided a set of recommendations that the company had to meet.

The Regulatory Compliance Sub-Committee was disbanded following successful completion of all NII recommendations. Minutes and associated presentations can be viewed from the links below.
